10g Salt
20g Honey
25g EVOO
300g Warm filtered water
500g Bread flour

Instructions
1. Mix in your stand mixer until everything is well combine cover and let rest on the counter for 8 to 10 hours.
2. Shape bread and place seam side down in an oiled or buttered bread pan.
3. Rise for an additional one to two hours.
4. Place in the oven preheated to 375° for 40-45 minutes or until internal temp is 200°-210°.
5. Once completely baked, bast the top and sides with butter and leave too cool for one hour before slicing.
