Return and Refund Policy for Dough Mama Texas

Thank you for choosing Dough Mama Texas for your Sourdough baking needs. We appreciate your business and aim to provide the best possible products and service. Please take a moment to review our refund policy, which outlines our guidelines for refunds and returns.

  • Baked Goods: Baked goods, including bread, pastries, and other edible products, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for baked goods. We strive to ensure the quality and freshness of our products, but if you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Cooking Tools:

  • Unused cooking tools may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the cooking tools must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • A restocking fee may be applied to cooking tool refunds. The restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned item and is subject to our discretion.
  • Used kitchen tools may be considered for a refund on a case-by-case basis. The decision will be made at the discretion of the seller, taking into account the condition of the item and the circumstances of the return.

Apparel:

  • T-shirts are custom-printed and non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom-printed T-shirts.
  • Aprons and other non-custom apparel may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Baking Class:

  • Baking classes are available for a full refund as long as the cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Please note that cancellations made within 72 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Digital Content:

  • Due to the nature of digital content delivery, all purchases of digital content are final sale and non-refundable. Once purchased the digital content is automatically sent to the customer, so no refunds will be provided. This policy applies to all downloadable items, such as ebooks, guides, and any other digital content that is sold on our website.
  • We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, compatibility requirements, and any other relevant information before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a digital product, please contact our customer support team prior to completing your purchase. We are here to assist you and ensure that you have a positive experience with our digital content.

Damaged/Missing Goods:

  • If you receive damaged/missing items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. If items were purchased as a gift then the notification period maybe extended to accommodate the holiday/special event.
  • To request a replacement for a damaged item, we may require you to provide clear photos of the damage as well as the original order number. This helps us assess the extent of the damage and process your replacement more efficiently.
  • We will replace damaged/missing goods at our expense, provided that the damage is reported in a timely manner and the photos are provided.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with returning items. This includes shipping fees and any associated charges for the return of cooking tools or apparel items.
