Dough Mama

My name is Angela and I am the baker behind Dough Mama. I have a full time job in the material handling industry as well as teach Lagree fitness. I am a mother of two wonderful children. I have always been health conscious by prioritizing fitness and cooking healthy meals. In spite of this I was had been dealing with the gut issues and not feeling myself. After multiple tests and doctors trying to see what was wrong, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and really looked to eliminate the foods that I was sensitive to, such as dairy and gluten. Once my husband and I started to grow our family we became more focused on providing the best foods available for our children. With all the preservatives and unhealthy additives being put in our food, had me looking for other options. 

What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passionate pursuit as I witnessed the positive impact of homemade sourdough on my digestive health and all the positive feedback from friends and family. Our mission is to empower you to create mouthwatering sourdough bread at home.

 

El Pan Papi

Buenos días me llamo Pan Papi also known as Vinny. I am the husband of Angela as well as the man behind the scenes. I have loved watching my wife navigate through her sourdough journey and seeing the impact her pastime has had on so may people. While I may not been in front go the camera all the time, I am constantly working to help reduce the workload, by taking as much off her plate as I can such as stretch & fold, fulfilling orders, marketing, design, inventory, etc. This allows her to do what she loves and that's help other people along their sourdough journey. While my educational background was in Advertising, my professional background focused on managing project in a variety of industries, such as Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, and Construction. However, my true passions lie in creativity, so when the opportunity of being a creative presented itself I jumped all over it. In my free time I enjoy family activities with our kids, rock climbing, camping/hiking, and we traveling. 

 

Together we have been working together to make Dough Mama the best it can be. We appreciate you taking the time to get to know us a little better and Dough Mama brings you the same joy it brings us.
