Ingredients
190 g warmed whole milk
4 T (1/4c) melted butter
85 g honey
10 g salt
1 eggs
125 g starter
470 g flour

Instructions
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in your stand mixer for 10-12 mins or until the dough starts to pull from the side. Then place dough in a buttered or oiled bowl. Let rise for 10 to 12 hours.
2. Divide into ~83 g balls place in baking dish cover with a towel and let rise for an additional 6 to 8 hours.
3. Butter tops of rolls, then bake in a preheated oven of 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until you get an internal temp of 205°.
4. Once baked, bast the tops of the rolls with butter again and enjoy!
